Give each player a penis-shaped shooter. Deal the cards and follow the instructions for playing out your hand. If you are the first player to run out of cards, then someone has to SUCK YOUR D*CK by drinking whatever shot you have made for another player. Be care though... if you are the last one out, you will be sucking your own d*ick!
